Ashden is 11 months old! You are 20 lbs and 2 oz. You can do the entire first half of the “Head to Toe” book. You bend your neck like a giraffe, raise your shoulders like a buffalo, wave your arms like a monkey, turn your head like a penguin and clap your hands like a seal! We don’t even have to show you the book any more. We can just ask you what each animal does! You love to swipe daddy’s credit card at the store and push the green button on the key pad. You stand for short periods of time and clap, then you fall! You called 911 when you were playing with the phone and we had two very nice police officers show up at the door! You point to “a” wherever you see it and say “a”! You point to your eyes, nose and mouth. You say “eye” very clearly. You took your first few steps with daddy. You started drinking whole milk like a big boy. You seem to love it! You also shake your finger at us when we tell you no. You started saying “nah, nah, nah” for no, no, no anytime you are not happy. You started attending a tumbling class at the Y. You say “up” and want up everywhere we go. Whether you want to be held or go in the elevator, you love “up”! You also say “bubble” perfectly and demand them every time you see them. It is your favorite part of story time, mommy and me and tumbling. You love to dance and bounce with the beat at any given opportunity!
