Kit Cat

So, we have a new pet. It was sort of an unexpected pet. We woke up at 4:30 to jog a few days before my 5K run and this cat came out of the woods by our house and was crying louder than I have ever heard. When we returned he was gone, but continued to come back every night and each morning. He slept in the garage during our cold spell and even during some bad storms. Somehow we have taken ownership to him. We found ourselves buying food and treats and knew it was game over! The cat even joined us at our neighbors for the Easter egg hunt this morning. I think he is attached. Does this picture look like he is getting a bit comfortable. I didn't know he was in the house and I found him in my closet. He has a basket in the garage that he curls up inside. He is so cute!! He is a Hemmingway cat! He has the extra thumbs.
