As you can see by the picture above team blue made it to our house. They found 134 items. These are things such as squaring up AC vents, re-sealing certain areas, paint imperfections, handrails need to be sanded, and MANY other misc. items! We were very pleased.
The refrigerator made it in! They told us this would not go in until 2 days before closing...so they need to make some quick arrangements! Josh is ready to close! Our CO (certificate of occupancy) is scheduled to arrive on the 16th. Closing can take place 7 days after this. So, she offered the 23rd, but with school starting back that week it is too much. The 30th is better. (I hope)
