After a million showings, 3 offers, lots of heartache and 5 LOOOONNNNGGGGGG months our house is under contract! We finally got a reasonable offer and were able to work out a deal. Yay!! Now please cross your fingers and send good wishes our way to make it until closing on July 16th!
