Our BUILDER, German!!!
We met with him for the 1st time on Wed. We adore him! He wants to do everything he can to please us and he appears to be extremely thorough and accurate. He is a very kind man. Not what I pictured in my head! We went over each detail that is going into the house and then walked our homesite with him to see corner by corner where everything matches up on the property. This was much more fun than I expected :) They hope to have our permit board up by Monday and they have called to have the footers dug. Soon enough. Soon enough.
